Orca Homes Secan Project

This project was helping a start up company standardize and approach for constructing seacan units. The project commitment was over a 12 month period and involved establishing a construction facility on Vancouver island, on-boarding and training a crew, establishing relationships with suppliers, producing a costing model, assisting with the management and business plan and construction of the seacan units
